Why no feature tiers
Single sign-on and user provisioning are typically the enterprise hook elsewhere. We think that is wrong: both are security features. They cost no extra here, not even on the smallest tier.
Common questions
Is it billed per organisation or per member?
Per organisation. Each plan includes a number of active members – the people set up in Beschlussmanager who take part in resolutions. An association with 400 members whose seven-person board decides sets up the board, not the entire membership list.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. Beschlussmanager is operated as a small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act, so no VAT is charged. The amounts shown are final prices — nothing is added. Conversely, there is no input VAT for you to reclaim.
How is payment handled?
By invoice. We do not ask for a credit card to get started and store no payment details.
What if we need more seats?
Additional seats can be added; the price per seat is shown with each plan. To move up a tier, send us a message and we will change it for you.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-service sign-up, so no automatic trial period either. We set up your organisation and talk about what you need first – and if it does not fit, we say so.
