A catalogue instead of a wall of logos, with a status on every entry. What is available we have set up and tested. What is on the list is a note, not a commitment. That distinction is the actual point of this page.
Identity and users
Whoever signs in comes from your directory, not from a second user list.
OpenID Connect
Single sign-on with your organisation’s identity provider. Own client ID and secret per organisation, domain confirmed by DNS TXT record.
Microsoft Entra ID
Set up and tested by us: app registration, redirect URL, client secret. Including a reminder before the secret expires.
SCIM 2.0
Accounts appear and disappear with the directory entry. Own endpoint and token per organisation.
Keycloak, Authentik, Zitadel
These speak OpenID Connect and should work. We have not verified it ourselves, so we do not write “supported” – on request we will test it with you.
Google Workspace
Can be set up as an OIDC provider. Unverified on our side. Note that Google is a US provider – fine for sign-in perhaps, but see our page on hosting in Europe for data.
Files and documents
File resolution PDFs where your records already live.
PDF-Download
Every resolution PDF can be downloaded at any time, including through the API. No reason to wait for an integration.
SharePoint
File resolution PDFs into a document library automatically, instead of downloading and re-uploading them.
OneDrive
The same filing for organisations without a SharePoint library.
Nextcloud
The European filing alternative. Fits organisations that come to Beschlussmanager for the same reason.
Automation
Create resolutions from other systems and read outcomes back.
REST-API
Create, open and close resolutions, read the outcome, add eligible voters, fetch the PDF. Bearer token, scoped to your organisation.
Webhooks
Push events such as “resolution closed” to your own systems instead of making them ask.
Notifications and dates
Deadlines and outcomes where the people involved already look.
Antwort per E-Mail
A reply to the notification becomes a comment on the resolution. The integration nobody has to set up.
Microsoft Teams
A message in a channel when a resolution opens or a deadline approaches. Until then, buildable through the REST API.
Kalender (iCal)
Voting deadlines as an entry in your own calendar – for people who only look there.

Which integration are you missing?
Everything marked “on the list” is there because somebody asked for it. If something is missing, tell us – demand decides the order here.

What exactly does “on the list” mean?
That we know about the integration and somebody has asked for it – not that we are building it. We list them so you can see what is on the table and so demand becomes visible. What gets asked for repeatedly moves up.
What is the difference between “available” and “compatible”?
Available means set up, tested and documented by us. Compatible means the provider speaks an open standard that Beschlussmanager supports, but we have not verified it ourselves. That distinction is inconvenient and therefore rare – we prefer it to a wall of logos where half of them do not work.
Can we build an integration ourselves?
Yes. The REST API covers resolutions, eligible voters, outcomes and PDF download. Anything that should react to an event can be solved with it today, until webhooks exist.
What happens if our identity provider goes down?
Two ways back apply: recovery codes that your administrators generate in advance and keep outside the system, and an emergency email link for administrators. Without that precaution, SSO would be a single point everything hangs on.
