Organisations working with people in difficult contexts also decide about people: about project locations, about partner organisations, about staff. Those resolutions contain names.

Common questions
Does this work with board members in different countries?
Yes. The voting link works from anywhere, without signing in and without a VPN. Interface and emails come in German and English, chosen per person. Deadlines run to a fixed point in time, not to a slot in individual calendars.
Our boards change often. Is that a lot of work?
People are maintained in the organisation, but eligibility is set per resolution. A change on the board therefore does not alter resolutions already passed, and people who have left no longer appear on new ones.
Can funders inspect our resolutions?
Not directly – Beschlussmanager has no guest access for third parties. What you show a funder is the resolution PDF with its checksum, which is usually exactly what a use-of-funds review asks for.
Are there reduced rates for non-profits?
The tiers are public on the pricing page. If your funding does not stretch to a tier, write to us – we would rather talk than have a project fail over it.
